Do you LOVE TO COOK…but don’t really NEED to milk a goat?  This is the class for you then:

You will learn to make soft, herbed Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, and Ricotta with our fresh goat milk. You will bring home the recipes and samples of all the cheeses you make.  There is no goat milking or brunch included in this class.

    I would LOVE to take your class! do you have an online version of it?? Or do it via one video chat sessions. I think if you ask everyone to have their products ready prior to “class” that it would work well. Just a thought! I’m in AZ, I have Oberhasli and we are drying out now so our average is ONLY 1 gallon a day for my 2 girls. I’ve got the chevre, herbed chevre hammered! But nervous about Mozzarella and Ricotta. I tried my hand at Gejost, that was a complete FAIL. 😦 not giving up though!

    • Hi Maryann! That’s an interesting idea! Right now I’m focusing on raising the money we need to build our cheese creamery (selling $100 Boxes of mixed goat milk lotions and soaps) so I won’t delve into the world of online classes just yet. Maybe in the future though! By then, I’m sure you will have mastered mozzarella and ricotta! Good luck to you! Lindsey
