Come join us for bread making! In this class, we start from scratch. Well, almost. We don’t grow and harvest the wheat (that may come in future years?) but at the start of class, we grind our own wheat and turn it into 2 loaves of Honey Whole Wheat Bread and 1 pan of Cinnamon Rolls.
You’ll get to take home all of the bread and cinnamon rolls you make…and you’ll get the recipes! You only need to bring 2 bread pans and 1 cake pan. The Goat Cheese Lady will provide the rest!
The cost is $70. ($73 if paid online)
Weekday times are 9-12, weekend times are 2-5.
See the schedule of classes for the dates.

Rachel and Patty graduated from the Bread Making Class on December 2, 2010!
They both have also taken the Goat Cheese Making Class!
I hope you’ll be able to take a class soon! I look forward to seeing you!

Gotta love Colorado…..they took the class in December and they’re standing outside for their pictures. in shirtsleeves. in. December. I might have to make a return trip to learn how to make bread!
Hello Goat Cheese Lady & Chicken Man,
I really enjoyed your blog, bread and cheese making
classes what a fantastic idea.
I bake my own bread for quite a while, and know how
to make mozarella as well as homemade mascarpone cheese.
We want to build a chicken coop and raise chickens,
for the purpose of fresh eggs. It will be great since we
live on a 40 acre farm where we were able to rent a
small cute old farm house. I would not give up my new
life for nothing.
Hi Michaela! It sounds like you’ve got some fun ahead of you! Do you live in Colorado? Have fun on your 40 acres!!! Lindsey
